Molding process of fiber reinforced compound

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To produce a truly orthogonal isotropic material and enhance its strength for particular usage by enforcing shearing force in the process of compressing and heat molding the thermosetting resin compound containing fiber. CONSTITUTION:In the process of producing the thermosetting resin compound containing fiber, the material starts fluidizing by being pressurized and gradually heated. At this stage, by moving away gradually the pressure heating plate 2 to the horizontal direction, the fiber contained in the resin is gradually aligned to the direction of shearing. For example, when the rectangular member molded by the said pressing is cut along the fiber alignment, the strength to the fiber direction and the orthogonal strength are uniform. Also the paralleling of each of sides of rectangle is maintained against the variation of temperature.
