Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make the constitution of the titled resonator small in size and simple by constituting it so that an end face of input/output terminals of a dielectric block is used as a shield electrode which has been continued to an external conductor, this electrode is extended into a through-hole and a gap is provided between this electrode and a center conductor. CONSTITUTION:An external conductor 23 is formed on the outside peripheral surface of a dielectric block 22 which has been formed to a rectangular parallelopiped, a through-hole 24 having an annular flange 30 is made in the inside, and on its inside peripheral surface, a center conductor 25 is formed. The external conductor 23 and the conductor 25 are short-circuited through a short circuit electrode 27 of an end face 26. On the other hand, in an end face 28, a shield electrode 29 continued to the external conductor 23 is extended into the through-hole 24, and this extended electrode 33 and the conductor 25 are opposed to each other by placing the flange 30 between them. To this conductor 25, input/output terminals are inserted in advance, a coupling capacity between resonance elements is formed in the through-hole, a cut-off space is not required, and the constitution becomes simple and small in size.
