Installing structure of car seat belt

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To install an inner belt accurately and rigidly, by connecting integrally the right side and the left side belt installing portions of a seat belt anchor through an installing base, and at the same time, installing the installing base of the anchor to the floor center at least at two points. CONSTITUTION:When inner belts 4 of the right side and the left side seats are installed to a car body floor 8, a seat belt anchor 1, which is formed projecting upward integrally at the both sides of an installing base 11 formed of a steel plate bent by pressing process, is fixed at first to the car floor 8 at two points each in the right side and the left side, with bolts 2 and nuts 3. Each inner belt 4 is formed by installing a webbing 43, with a fixing metal 41 furnished at the lower end and a buckle 42 at the upper end, inside a flat boot 44 of a synthetic resin. The fixing metal 41 of the inner belt 4 is arranged to be supported at the installing portion 12 of the said anchor 1 with different diameter pins 45 and the like.
