Interdigital filter and its manufacture

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To adjust the coupling amount by projecting an open end face from a short-circuit end face and forming a step between the open end face and the short-circuit end face so as to form an electrode film continuous to an outer conductor thereby polishing a projected open end face. CONSTITUTION:Open end faces 12a-12e are projected from short-circuit end faces 13a-13e and steps 14a-14h are formed between the open end faces 12a-12e and the short-circuit end faces 13a-13e. Further, the electrode film connected to the outer conductor 11 is formed to the steps 14a-14h. In adjusting the coupling amount, the projected open end faces 12a-12e are polished. Thus the standardization of the filter size and the standardization of an electrode lead component from the center conductor are facilitated to improve the work efficiency.
