Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent an engine from over-rotation to ensure the safety of control by providing a fuel supply limiting means for limiting fuel amount supplied to the engine and a fuel supply blocking means for blocking fuel supply to the engine. CONSTITUTION:Abnormalities in a throttle valve opening and closing control system and an engine rotational frequency detecting system are detected by an abnormality detecting means h. When any abnormalities in the throttle valve opening and closing control system are detected, fuel supply to an engine e is limited by a fuel supply limiting means i to prevent the engine rotational frequency from abnormal increase. Also, when any opening and closing control abnormalities in a throttle valve c are detected and abnormalities in the engine rotational frequency detecting system are detected, fuel supply to the engine e is blocked by a fuel supply blocking means j. Thus, the safety of control can be ensured.
