Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To receive excellently a broadcast signal over a wide range with simple constitution by applying a reception broadcast signal to a wide band amplifier via either a band pass filter or a through-circuit at each received frequency band. CONSTITUTION:In receiving a radio broadcast of a VHF band in the range of 55MHz-90MHz, the 1st and 5th changeover switches 24a, 24b only are closed to input a signal obtained at a reception signal input terminal 13 to the wide band amplifier 14 through the 2nd band pass filter 22a. In receiving a radio broadcast of the UHF band in the range of 470MHz-800MHz, only the 3rd and 7th changeover switches 26a, 26b are closed and a signal obtained at the reception signal input terminal 13 is inputted to the wide band amplifier 14 through the 4th band pass filter 22c. In receiving a wired CATV, only the 4th and 8th changeover switches 27a, 27b are closed and the signal obtained at the reception signal input terminal 13 is inputted directly to the amplifier 14 via a through-circuit 23 not through any band filter.
