Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To efficiently form a film with a uniform thickness, by injecting a lining material into a pipeline in such a state that the pipeline was closed and supplying a pressurized fluid having temp. different from the atmospheric temp. in the pipeline from one side of the lining material to move said lining material. CONSTITUTION:Each machinery is connected to a pipe 1 to be treated divided into an appropriate length and a valve 11 is opened to inject a lining material 10 such as epoxy resin paint with predetermined viscosity in the inlet end 1a of the pipe 1. When the lining material 10 reached a required amount, an inlet flow amount adjusting valve 5 and a temp. adjusting device 15 are adjusted to supply a pressurized fluid A with predetermined temp. in the pipe 1 and an outlet flow amount adjusting valve 16 is adjusted and opened to allow the lining material 10 injected in the pipe 1 to advance toward the outlet end 1b of the pipe 1 at a predetermined speed by the pressure difference between both sides of the lining material 10. Further, if a suction apparatus such as a vacuum pump is provided in place of the outlet flow amount adjusting valve 16, the more accurate control of the flow speed of the lining material is enabled.
