Production of novel plasmid, microbial cell and human immunoglobulin g fc fragment protein
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To enable the secretion of globulin G by a periplasm of E.coli, by introducing a DNA region coding Fc fragment of human immunoglobulin G into a plasmid together with two kinds of other specific DNA regions and transforming E.coli with the produced plasmid. CONSTITUTION:A DNA region coding an Fc fragment protein of human immunoglobulin G, preferably a DNA region coding the polypeptide corresponding to the region from 32nd to the 254th of the amino acid sequence shown in the figure is introduced into a plasmid together with a DNA region having promoter function to control the expression of said protein (preferably originated from chromosome DNA of alkalophilic Bacillus No.170) and a DNA region coding a signal peptide (preferably originated from chromosome DNA of alkalophilic Bacillus No.170).
