Pressure leakage inspecting method

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enable the correct and quick inspection of the air leakage by making the air temp. of the inside of an object to be inspected and the inside of a master uniform, by feeding simultaneously the air of the same pressure from plural air feeding holes of the object to be inspected and a reference master. CONSTITUTION:The compressed air of a supply source 20 is passed through a filter 22 and the pressure is adjusted to the prescribed value by a regulator 24. The compressed air adjusted thereby is branched in two directions by a solenoid valve 28 and the one part is fed to the object 36 to be inspected from pipe lines 35a-35d through a solenoid valve 30a, filter 32a and throttle valve 34a. The other part is fed to the reference master 38 from pipe lines 37a-37d through a solenoid valve 30b, filter 32b and throttle valve 34b. A differential pressure detector 40 measures the difference in the inner part air pressures of the pipe lines 31a, 31b, feeds to an indicator 46 via an amplifier 42 and mater 44 and in case of the differential pressure being found bigger than the prescribed value, it makes the object 36 to be inspected a defective product.
