Polymerizable phospholipid compound
Abstract
Abstract NEW MATERIAL:A phosphatidylcholine type phospholipid compound expressed by formula I (n is an integer 1-10; is an integer 13-21). USE:A material for microcapsules. PREPARATION:An acid chloride expressed by formula II is condensed with a glycerol derivative expressed by formula III preferably at 0.5-1:3-1 molar ratio in a solvent, e.g. THF, containing a dehydrochlorinating agent, e.g. pyridine, at 0-30 deg.C for 1-24hr to give a compound expressed by formula IV, which is then reacted with a compound expressed by formula V in H2O/HCl in the presence of triethylamine to afford a compound expressed by formula VI. The resultant compound expressed by formula VI is then reacted with silver acetate and triethylamine.
