Ventilator grille for automobile

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide the ventilator grille for automobile capable of adjusting spot blow-off or defusion blow-off arbitrarily by the simple push-pull operation of an operating lever. CONSTITUTION:When the operation lever 4 is pivoted to horizontal direction under a condition that the cam surface of middle stage of a cam 12 is set between right and left links 3A, 3B, vertical loubers 2 are pivoted into the horizontal direction under keeping parallel condition. When the operation lever 4 is pushed, the large diametral cam surface of rear stage is set between the right and left links 3A, 3B and the spaces of connecting parts of the links 3A, 3B are widened. As a result, the opening angle at the opening side of a ventilator blow-off port 1 of the vertical louver 2 is changed so that the space between the tip ends of vanes is narrowed and the flow speed of blow-off air may be increased and the air may be blown off against a spot. On the contrary, when the operation lever is pulled, the small diametral cam surface of front stage is set between the right and left links 3A, 3B and the space between the connecting parts of the links 3A, 3B are narrowed whereby the air may be blown off calmly.
