Spray nozzle

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To attain to make a nozzle compact and to finely pulverizing an injected fluid, by together providing a plurality of jet slits to a jet orifice part and differentiating the inclination of the jet directions of the jet slits so as to mutually collide divided film like injected fluids. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of jet slits 3a, 3b are together provided to the jet orifice part provided to the front part of a nozzle body 1 and at least the inside surfaces of the jet slits 3a, 3b are formed as inclined surfaces and the jet directions of the jet slits 3a, 3b are set so as to mutually collide film like jet fluids (a), (b) injected from said slits 3a, 3b by forming different inclined surfaces 5a, 6b. As a result, it is unnecessary to revolve the fluid in the nozzle main body 1 and the nozzle body 1 can be formed compactly and the compression of the liquid is not almost generated even if the nozzle main body is miniaturized while a jet speed is enhanced and, further, the fine pulverization of the injected liquid is markedly enhanced by the mutual collision of film like jet liquids.
