Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To conduct operation before a check in a short time by fitting a checking terminal to a part mounting plate and covering the upper section of the checking terminal with a cover for inspection. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor element 3, a resistor, etc. are mounted onto the back of a part mounting plate 5', and cooling fins 6 and a checking terminal 10 for checking the operation of the element 3, etc. are set up onto the surface side. The fins 6 are positioned on the atmospherric air side Q, and the plate 5' is fast stuck to parting plates 11 for sealing mounted to the inner circumferential section of a case 1', thus forming the case inside P in sealing structure. Detachable covers 13 for inspection are pressure-welded among a plate 5' section and the parting plates 12 disposed on the atmospheric side Q from the positions of the plates 11, and a terminal 10 section except the fins 6 is sealed. In the device constituted in this manner, atmospheric air does not intrude to an element 3 section because the terminal 10 is sealed by the covers 13. Operation before a check can be conducted in a short time because the covers 13 can be mounted or dismantled easily.
