Displacement amount controlling method of piezoelectric vibrator

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To always hold the relationship between an applied voltage and a displacement amount of a piezoelectric vibrator constant by measuring the displacement amount, and feeding back it to an applied voltage circuit to current the aging changer of the characteristic of the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage is applied to a piezoelectric vibrator 1 and the displacement amount (d) of the vibrator 1 is controlled by varying the applied voltage value (e), a displacement meter 11 for measuring the amount (d) of the vibrator 1 is provided to measure the actual amount (d) when a voltage is applied. Its measurement signal S is fed back through a controller 12 to an applied voltage regulator 13 to correct the variation of the amount (d) base on aging change. Thus, the relationship between the operation of an operator and the amount (d) can be always maintained constant.
