Optical fiber surplus length containing tool
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent each fiber connecting part from being superposed at the same position even in case that a case is a soft type, by superposing three rectangular sheets having each different width, forming a folding part by opening one side in the longitudinal direction, and providing an angle rise part in the direction of the edge part, on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A main body consists of the first rectangular sheet 9, the second sheet 10 whose width is larger than said sheet, and the third sheet 11 whose width is larger than said sheet. One side of the parts between long side parts of the sheets 9-11 is formed to an opening part 15, and on the other side of the sheet 9, the first angle rise part 16 of a triangle is provided along the longitudinal direction, and its outside end edge part 16A is folded to the inside, and welded and fixed to the sheet 10. In the same way, an outside end edge part 17A of the second angle rise part 17 of the sheet 10 is welded and fixed to the sheet 11. The superposed body of the sheets 9-11 is connected by metallic fittings 18 in both ends of an inside end edge part 16B. In such a state, a surplus length part 1A is contained in a long circular loop shape on the sheets 10, 11, and it is prevented from getting out, by folding parts 20, 21 of the opening part 15.
