Chromatic transparent image forming sheet

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet from which vivid color pictures are projected, by putting toner images, which are formed on the surface of a transparent film, between a mount and a thin transparent film which is joined to one end of the mount and allowing them to pass between heat and pressuring rolls. CONSTITUTION:A thin transparent film 4 having <=50mu thickness is joined to one end 5 of a mount 3, and a light-transmissive image forming sheet where color toner images 2 are formed on the surface of a transparent film 1 thicker than the film 4 is inserted between the mount 3 and the film 4 so that surfaces of images 2 are brought into contact with the film 4. They are allowed to pass between a heat roll 6 incorporating a heater 8 and a press-fixing roll 7 in the direction of an arrow, and the film 4 is peeled after cooling the film 1 to obtain the light-transmissive image forming sheet. Thus, the compatibility between a binder and contained dye and pigment of toner images 2 is improved, and the surface ruggedness is eliminated to prevent irregular reflection and scattering of light, and vivid projected images are obtained on a face to be projected.
