Optical signal transmitter

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To attain sure signal transmission by bringing a clock signal inserted to an analog signal in a prescribed relation in applying optical transmission of the analog signal in time division to a nearly zero level. CONSTITUTION:Clock signals S1-S4 are fed to switch circuits 7-10 from a clock generator 11, and L, R channel signals, an ON signal and a control signal from input terminals 1, 2 are fed to a variable resistor 12. As a result, a signal S5 is led out at each clock period of a generator 11 at the output side of the resistor 12, fed to a light emitting element 14 and lighted in response to the level of the signal S5. A low level of the ON signal is detected at the reception side to form a time ckock, then even if the distance between a light emitting element and a photodetector is changed, the effect is not received.
