Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:A resin composition which can form a thin-wall molding stably without causing its warpage, prepared by mixing polypropylene having a relatively narrow MW distribution with a specified nucleating agent. CONSTITUTION:A sorbitol derivative [e.g., 1,3,2,4-dibenzylidene-D-solbitol or 1,3,2,4-di(ethylbenzylidene)sorbitol] is used as a nucleating agent. Namely, 0.05- 1pt.wt. said nucleating agent is added to 100pts.wt. polypropylene having a (weight-average MW)/(number-average MW) ratio >=5 (preferably 2-4) (which may be a copolymer and has a MI of preferably about 0.5-100g/10min).
