Automatic component parts handling device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously deliver component parts, by separating a plurality of stacked boxes in which pallettes are stored, from each other with the use of a separator section, and by taking one of the separated boxes to raise a pallette alone from the box with the use of an elevetor section. CONSTITUTION:A pallette 9 on which a plurality of component parts 10 are aligned and carried, is disposed in each bottom-less box 4 having hook parts 4a formed at its outer periphery. Several boxes 4 stored therein pallettes 9 are stacked on a separator section 5 where they are individually clamped by actuated arms 13 and are separated from each other in the vertical direction. In this condition a carrier 19 in a lifter section 6 is elevated and stopped at a position where the boxes 4 are suitably taken out, and then, an arm 21 is reciprocated to receive the boxes 4 one by one. Thereafter, the arm 21 is lowered to the position of a transfer section 7. Then each boxes 4 is transferred to an elevating section 8, and therefore, the pallette 9 alone is raised up to a supply position.
