Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To easily load and unload a disk by providing a recessed part where the disk is loaded and a lock part which clamps the disk radially. CONSTITUTION:The recessed part 7 having nearly the same diameter as the external diameter of the disk is formed in the storage tray 6 molded out of a resin material and a step is formed of a slight projection part 8 provided to the outer peripheral part. This part corresponds to the outermost peripheral part of the disk and is formed only at the part which contacts a part where no signal is recorded. Further, four lock parts 9-12 which have elasticity and press the outer periphery of the disk toward the center of the disk are provided at positions symmetrical about the face direction of the disk, and claws 9a-11a which are pressed in pushing and spreading the lock parts 9-12 along slanting parts during loading and have revers tilt angles for clamping the disk completely when moving beyond the constant slanting parts are formed atop of the lock parts 9-12. Consequently, the disk is easily taken out of and put in the tray by applying one finger each between the lock parts 9 and 10, and 11 and 12.
