Heat exchanger
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing processes and to improve the manufacture effeciency, by a method wherein an unit member of plastic molded body, having plural number of protruded fins on the concaved base in section, are made into fluid passages by laminating plural number of said unit members without sealing members. CONSTITUTION:Plural number of unit members 6 which are composed of plastic molded body with concaved section are laminated one upon another, and a base plate of said member 6 is made into partitionings 61, and spaces formed mutually between members 6 are made to serve as fluid passages 1. Cooling fluid A is flowed in odd numbered fluid passages and cooled fluid B is flowed in even numbered fluid passages, and heat exchange is carried out through the intermediary of partitionings 61 composed of the base plates of unit members 6, and the sealing operation is made unnecessary. Hereby, manufacture operatiol process and manufacture cost are reduced, and plural number of fins 62 are provided as reinforcing members on the partitionings by the plastic molding fabrication and the width of partitionings 61 are made thin and the heat exchanging efficiency between fluid passages 1 is improved.
