Image recording device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent toner cohesion and to obtain a stable recording image for a long period by installing a rotary magnetic field generating means surrounded with a nonmagnetic cover closely to a wire for removing unnecessary toner. CONSTITUTION:A quadriple rotary magnet 15 is more than the width of a magnet 8 outside, rotated as shown by an arrow G, and contained in a nonmagnetic outer packing cover 16, and each pole has 220 gauss on the surface of the outer packing cover 16. When a wire 12 is conveyed as shown by an arrow E, unnecessary toner is attracted to the wire 12 at a recording position, and when the attracted toner is carried to near the rotary magnet 15 on the wire 12, toner T is attracted to the top surface of the outer packing cover 16 with the magnetic field of the rotary magnet 15. This attracted toner T is carried on the outer packing cover 16 through the operation of the rotary magnet 15 in the opposite direction of the rotary direction of an arrow G. This carried toner T falls in a direction F (gravitational direction) by forming part of the outer packing cover 16 so that the toner is released from the magnetic field from the rotary magnet 15.
