Mic type dielectric filter

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To attain ease of impedance matching between a transmission line and a resonator and by decreasing processing cost by connecting directly the dielectric coaxial resonator to the transmission line formed to an MIC board. CONSTITUTION:Plural dielectric coaxial resonators 3... are arranged adjacently in parallel onto a ground electrode part 2a formed to the MIC board 1. Further, a strip line wire 10a being the input transmission line and an output side transmission line 10b are formed to the board 1. Plural capacitor electrodes 12... are arranged between both the wires 10a and 10b at each prescribed interval. Then the electrodes 12... and the center conductor 6 of the resonators 3... are connected together by bonding wires 13... individually. The outer conductor 7 of the resonators 3... is connected to the electrode part 2a. Thus, the processing hours are saved and the processing cost is reduced. Since the transmission line and the resonator are connected directly, the impedance between the both are matched easily.
