Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the rate of defect production by sticking elastic bodies for a flat plate type presser body on a hooped separate sheet at equal intervals previously, and molding the elastic body positioned at the head while drawing out the sheet and sticking it on a cartridge. CONSTITUTION:Elastic bodies 21 for a flat plate type liner presser body are stuck on the separate sheet 20 formed in a hoop shape at equal intervals previously and the sheet 20 is held by support rollers. The take-up speed of a take-up roller 23, the driving speed of a molding device 24, the driving speed of a conveying and sticking device 25, and the driving speed of a cartridge conveying device 28 are synchronized with one another. An elastic body 21 is bent by the device 24 where the elastic body 21 faces the device 24. The formed liner presser body 26 is taken out, one body one, by the device 25, conveyed to a prescribed position of a cartridge half body 27, and stuck on the half body 27. Thus, the presser body 26 is stuck on the half body 27 automatically, and the operativity is improved and the rate of defective production is reduced.
