Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent a drive unit from seizing by connecting at one end between bonded two sheets as a common passage, forming at the other of free ends a plurality of branch passages, connecting the free ends of the branch passage to a common pipe to communicate between the common passage and a common pipe, thereby enhancing the thermal efficiency and eliminating the block of the passage. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchange unit 20 has two sheets 21, 22 made of soft synthetic resin, a plurality of connecting tubes 23 provided on the outer surface side of the sheet 21 and an outlet 24, and a common pipe 26 branched and connected to an inlet tube 25. The sheets 21, 22 are formed by fusion-bonding a common passage 30 which communicates with the outlet 24, and the portion except the branch passage 31 which communicates at one end with the passage 30 and at the other end with the tube 23. Heat medium flowing from a tank to the pipe 26 is flowed through the pipe 27 and the tube 23 to each passage 31, and then combined to the passage 30, and circulated to the tank through the outlet 24 and an exhaust tube 28. Thus, since the passages are not superposed in the sheets, the flow of the medium is not disturbed.
