Learning control method

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To generate an appropriate controlling method against a characteristic variation, etc. of a controlled system, by drawing out a past experience effective for a present state from a knowledge base, utilizing it, and also replacing a new knowledge with an old one in the knowledge base. CONSTITUTION:In a ventilation controlling system 140, a program 220 in a controlling computer 200 receives a signal from status detectors 150-180, calls a suitable one from in a control rule accumulated in a knowledge base 210, operates a switching function 240 in accordance with a control signal described on the rule, and operates an air blower 130. After the control following the rules is ended, an evaluation index is generated by evaluating a control characteristic, and it is entered onto the rule, and thereafter, contained in the knowledge base 210. In this way, whenever a new rule is generated, it is added to the knowledge base, and a rule of a band characteristic is eliminated gradually, therefore, a characteristic of the whole knowledge base is raised, and it is unnecessary to put a lot of labor to put a lot of labor to modelling and a programming.
