Device and method for painting multiple-coat single-bake type paint

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the length of a painting booth and the feed rate of conditioning air by recirculating the conditioning air in a painting area between painting stages and forcibly blowing the same on to a material to be painted. CONSTITUTION:A part of the conditioning air to be supplied to a painting area is forcibly circulated after at least a first painting stage A and is blown on the paint film formed on a material to be coated in painting of a multiple-coat single bake type paint. Then the org. solvent contained in the paint film is forcibly evaporated. The length of the painting booth is thus reduced and the feed rate of the conditioning air is reduced.
