Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a molded piece with an unexposed core layer by injecting forcedly a skin layer in a special manner when molten resin is injected from two screws into a cavity through a concentric nozzle to mold a molded piece of two layers of a skin and a core. CONSTITUTION:When two kinds of molten resins F, S are injected from two screws 3, 6 into a cavity through the concentric nozzle 12 to mold a molded piece with a skin layer and a core layer, first, the second screw 6 is advanced from the position aa to inject resin S into the cavity. When the second screw 6 reaches the position ab, the first screw also begins to advance to inject resin F into resin S in the cavity. When the second screw 6 reaches the position ac, it stops there and the first screw 3 continues to advance. When the first screw 3 reaches the position bb and completes injection there, the second screw 6 advances from the position ac as far as the position ad to inject resin S forcedly.
