Signal transmission method of facsimile equipment

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To attain correspondence to a remote location with high accuracy by keeping the detection of a signal imputted from a remote equipment when the signal is inputted before a communication control signal detection waiting time is elapsed and transmitting a communication control signal to the remote equipment after the end of detection. CONSTITUTION:When any communication control signal is inputted from the remote equipment before the waiting time to detect the communication control signal is elapsed, the detection is kept on while the signal is inputted and the communication control signal is transmitted to the remote equipment after the end of signal detection to avoid the collision of the signals. Since the time length of the picture signal waiting time is set based on the delay time measuring the line between the transmission and reception sides actually, the case that the correspondence is finished earlier because of less signal waiting time is avoided and the remote correspondence such as overseas correspondence is perormed smoothly.
