Picture converting method

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom for picture conversion and ensures the picture conversion as a user desires by defining the input of the conversion information as the parameter values divided into plural steps for the benefit of the user. CONSTITUTION:An input/output device 2 and a large capacity memory 3 are connected to a host processor 1 of a picture converting system. The device 2 contains a keyboard 13, leavers 14A-14C and a CRT display 15. A program for picture conversion is transmitted to the processor 1 from the memory 3 for a picture memory 11. While the parameter value of the program is divided by the levers 14A-14C for input, and this program is transmitted to a processor 4. The processor 4 reads out the memory 3 and changes the program, and the information necessary for each program obtained after conversion is applied to an exclusive software 7 via buffer 5. This can increase the degree of freedom for picture conversion and attains the picture conversion as a user desires.
