Detector of dynamic information of picture

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To detect excellent dynamic information by providing the 2nd adding means adding delayed output values of composite difference signals after a coefficient is multiplied to the values. CONSTITUTION:The composite difference signal DELTACd is given to resistors 21, 23a, 23b as the delay means and memories 22, 24. An output value of a center sampling point P3 is inputted to a alpha coefficient device 26 and output values of sampling points P1, P2, P4, P5 are added by an adder 25 and inputted to a beta coefficient device 27. After coefficients alpha and beta are multiplied, the sum is obtained by an adder 28 and th result is transmitted as a detected output D0. As a result, a value accumulating a luminance difference signal value eliminated with the chrominance signal component as to the sampling points P1-P5 is obtained from the output D0, which represents the dynamic information of picture.
