Tilt preventer for work truck

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent floating of truck upon tilting, by providing a section adsorbable to the ground and a system for coupling the adsorbing section to the truck thereby transmitting the adsorbing force against the ground through said coupling system to the truck. CONSTITUTION:In a working truck (A) mounting a crane 2 swingably, a section 8 adsorbable to the ground (B) is suspended from the truck 1 through a coupling system 9 between the front and rear wheels 6, 7. The adsorbing section 8 is formed with an adsorbing baseboard 10 suspended from the truck 1 through the coupling system 9 and a flexible seal member 11 extending downward from the outer edge of said baseboard 10 to pressure contact the adsorbing section 8 against the ground (B) thus to define a space (C) separated from the exterior below said baseboard 10. The coupling system 9 is formed with double-stroke hydraulic cylinders 12 provided at both sides of truck 1 and the adsorbing section 8 is provided at the lower end of its piston rod 13.
