Shelf conveying device for three-dimensional storeroom

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the function of a three-dimensional store room by placing a shelf drawn out from said three-dimensional store room on a supporting table, and conveying said shelf to an appropriate position by means of rollers provided on said supporting table and a roller conveyor connected to this table to carry out an unloading operation of stored goods. CONSTITUTION:By making a traverser 3 provided on a lifter 2 slide forward, a shelf 4 is drawn out into between a pair of side boards 20 of the lifter 2 while allowing the slide rollers 42 and guide rollers 43 of the shelf 4 to turn around along a guide rail 11, etc. due to the sliding action of the traverser 3. Then, the lifter 2 in front of a three-dimensional store room 1 is lowered and, after the bottom face of the reinforcing frame 41 of the shelf 4 supported by the lifter 2 is brought in contact with the rollers of a supporting table 7, the lifter 4 is further lowered, placing the shelf 4 on the supporting table 7. After that, the shelf 4 is transferred from the supporting table 7 to a roller conveyor 8, which, in turn, conveys the shelf 4 to an appropriate position, where an unloading operating of stored goods is carried out. On the other hand, an operation of putting in or out, or raising or lowering for another shelf 4 is carried out by means of the lifter 2 and the traverser 3.
