Fluorescent lamp device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enable connection with a simple operation and with good resistance to heat and weatherability by bonding a fluorescent lamp on a support body using ultraviolet rays curing type adhesives. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent lamps 4 takes a saddle form in which two U- shaped forms are connected and both tube end sections 41 are bonded and fixed with adhesivs 5 along a support body 3 and then a folded section 42 is also bonded on the reverse surface of the support body 3 with the adhesives 5. In addition, a glow tube 6 is bonded on the support body 3 with the adhesives 5 on the way to both tube end sections 41 of the lamp 4. These adhesives 5 use silicon resin group or deformable acrylate resin group adhesives and are cured by the ultraviolet rays irradiation. After curing, the adhesives are changed into ultraviolet curing type adhesives that are transparent, have good resistance to heat, do not generate cracks and exfoliation even if they are heated at high temperatures of 160 deg.C for a long period of time depending upon the item, and do not change the color.
