Motor-driven antenna device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To perform digitally the control when the operating steps of an antenna are indicated in plural switching ways by detecting the position of the antenna as a pulse signal and driving a motor until a value counting said pulse signal reaches a value corresponding to a set command. CONSTITUTION:A position detecting means 8 detecting the moving position of the antenna 7 driven by the motor 6 and generating a pulse signal, a changeover setting means 5 setting and indicating the operating step of the antenna 7, a control circuit section 100, and forward/reverse switches 23, 25 are provided. Through the constitution above, in turning on a key switch 2 and a radio switch 3 or the like, the motor 6 is forwarded or reversed depending on the setting indication of the changeover setting means 4 and the present position of the antenna 7 and the antenna 7 is prolonged or shrinked. The number of revolutions of the motor 6 is detected by the position detecting means 8 as a pulse signal, which is counted by a counter 19. When the position of the antenna 7 is equal to the setting indication, the driving of the motor 6 is stopped.
