Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the color blurring of a color picture due to oscillation by fixing a cathode-ray tube through vibration proof rubber. CONSTITUTION:The color cathode-ray tube 1 is attached to the prescribed position of a cabinet 4 through oscillation-proof rubber 5. In this case, the free end of a CRT holder 4a consisting of a plate which is attached to the cabinet 4 as one body and has a channel-shaped section is arranged between a funnel part 1b and an ear part 2 of the cathode-ray tube 1, and the columnar oscillation-proof rubber 5 is attached between the holder 4a and the ear part 2 so that the axial direction of the rubber 5 is paralleled with the vertical scanning direction of the cathode-ray tube 1. consequently, when the oscillation from a large-diameter and large-output speaker is transmitted to the cabinet 4, this vibration is hardly transmitted to the cathode-ray tube 1.
