Writing method of memory
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To write the data of an optional size at a high speed from an optional on a memory by separating the writing for each word or byte from the writing for each bit. CONSTITUTION:The data 2 having a size of DELTA(x) and DELTA(y) in directions X and Y respectively is written to a position distant away from original points 0,0 of a memory 1 by P(x) and P(y) in the directions X and Y respectively. In such a case, the writing is carried out for each bit up to the memory boundary and then for each word or byte after the memory boundary. In case the size DELTA(x) of the data 2 in the direction X does not end for each word or byte, the writing is carried out repetitively for each bit to the remaining area up to an address P(y)+DELTA(y) where the address including an address P(y) through an address DELTA(y) of the data 2 in the direction Y. Thus it is possible to write the data of an optional size at a high speed from an optional address on the memory 1.
