Clutch controller
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To give a driver no uncomfortable feeling by using the step-on distance of an accelerating pedal as a parameter for varying the clutch disengaging speed so as to minimize the time of a shock given by shifting of a gear. CONSTITUTION:If a gear is changed, a control unit 9 seeks a clutch map 9-1 and a throttle map 9-2 both contained therein according to the driver's stepping load so as to obtain a modest clutch disengaging speed and a modest throttle closing speed. According to the obtained clutch disengaging speed and throttle closing speed, the control unit 9 controls both a solenoid valve 6 and a throttle motor 2, respectively. Once a clutch is put into an disengaged state, clutch disengaging control is completed.
