Extruder for viscous material
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To make the longitudinal length of an extruder for a viscous material short and to facilitate work in a narrow space by constituting an extruding rod of a first extruding rod and a second extruding rod and enabling these two members to be pushed out successively. CONSTITUTION:In an extruder for viscous material which extrudes a viscous material contained in a cylindrical container 10 provided with a nozzle 11 at one end and a plunger 12 which is freely slidable in the shaft direction at another end, from a nozzle by the pressure of above-described plunger due to the extruding rod 3 driven in the shaft direction of the cylindrical container, said extruding rod is constructed of two members comprising the first extruding rod 31 and the second extruding rod 32 having a connecting part to said first extruding rod and driven following to the first extruding rod to move together with said first extruding rod. A load is applied to the motion of the second extruding rod by an engaging member 15 at the initial position of the second extruding rod, and both extruding rods are pushed out successively. By this constitution, the longitudinal length of the extruder is reduced.
