Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the generating efficiency of magnetic flux by using a winding frame made of a soft magnetic material of a pot core shape. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic field produced by a coil 104 pierces through a protecting film 105 and a vertical line film 106 and reaches an auxiliary soft magnetic film 107 as shown by broken lines. Then the magnetic flux pierces again through the films 106 and 105 to form a closed magnetic path of a circulation. This magnetic path has a large rate for both the film 107 and a winding frame 20 made of a pot core-shaped soft magnetic material. Thus, the magnetic resistance is reduced and the generating efficiency of magnetic flux is increased. Furthermore the magnetic flux which reaches the film 107 from 203 and then returns is larger than the magnetic flux which passes through only a place between magnetic poles of the 203 when 2b<a is satisfied.
