Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the flexibility to the expansion and reduction of accessory units by using transmission lines of the main and submicrocomputers of a camera body and the accessory units in common through contact members. CONSTITUTION:The accessory units 20 and 40 are mounted detachably on the camera body 1; and the camera body 1 is equipped with the main microcomputer 5 and the units 20 and 40 are provided with sub microcomputers 25 and 44 which have characteristic address codes. When the units 20 and 40 are attached to the camera body 1, contact members 6-8, 26-31, 45, 47, and 48 connects the computer 5 to the computers 25 and 44 electrically.
