Copying machine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To perform sufficiently copy estimate control over the copying machine that many persons use by allowing copying operation start when the user- classified code number predetermined in an IC-incorporated card and a key-inputted password number are both correct. CONSTITUTION:The IC-incorporated card 1 has an IC chip 2 embedded in a plastic plate and code numbers given to use departments are stored in the chip. A check circuit 7 outputs a copy ready signal 8 when a code number read by the reader part 5 of a card reader 3 and a password number inputted with password number input keys K coincide with a code number and a password number recorded in a memory 6 respectively, and the signal is supplied to a copying part 9. A pulse generator 10 outputs a pulse every time a copy is taken and the pulse is supplied to the memory 6. The contents of the memory are updated on every copying operation and a display part 12 displays the maximum set number of copies of each department and the actual number of copies which are taken. Thus, the relation to the copy estimate is checked correctly.
