Three-dimensional track measuring apparatus of corpuscular beam
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the three-dimensional track information of corpuscular beam in a three-dimensional measuring space on the output surface of a streaking tube, by converting positional information to time information by an optical fiber group and a scintillator before connecting the same to the streaking tube. CONSTITUTION:A three-dimensional measuring space 100, which is formed by arranging a large number of rod shaped scintillators so as to bring both terminal surfaces to a matrix form, and a streaking tube 10 are connected to the terminal surface of each scintillator positioned at the terminal surface of the three-dimensional measuring space 100 and optical fiber groups 101, 102 having different lengths at every lines of the scintillators are connected by position/time converting connection lines 101, 102 comprising an optical fiber connection part 103 connected to output optical fibers in a lump at every line and a streaking tube connection part 104 connecting output optical fibers of the position/time converting connection lines to the photoelectric surface of the streaking tube 10 so as to cross the sweep direction of the streaking tube 10 at right angles.
