Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To attain ease of the setting of an output level and also circuit integration by constituting a load circuit with a series connection of diodes and a passive resistor and a parallel connection consisting of said series connection and an active resistor in a series circuit comprising the active circuit and the load circuit. CONSTITUTION:The active circuit comprising a transistor (TR) Q31 and the load circuit consisting of parallel connection of a TRQ32 to a series circuit comprising a resistor R32 and a diode D35 are connected in series with a power supply. A gate potential of a TRQ33 is decreased slightly by connecting the R32 in series with the D35 of the load circuit and when this circuit is applied to a feedback amplifier, it is possible to bring the gate potential of a TRQ35 of the output stage to nearly zero.
