Picture signal taking-out circuit

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce omission of a reproduced picture and to reduce by comparing a reference signal produced from a picture signal with the delayed picture signal and generating an output signal difference in a picture shape caused by scan direction difference. CONSTITUTION:With respect to an input picture signal, a reference voltage generator circuit 1 generates a voltage functioning as the corresponsing comparison and reference immediately in response to each other, but this picture signal receives a delay drom a delay ciscuit 3 and arrives. Therefore, a reference voltage is under conditions of responding and changing prior to the picture signal, and the oomparison and reference prior to said picture signals are functioned in response even in case of the picture containing moderate changes, thereby enabling realization of the picture signal without omitting it.
