Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To achieve an inspection handily and quickly eliminating a connector and without damaging the inspection terminal of a printed circuit board by providing an inspection terminal of a conductor circuit pattern and a contact probe pad on the periphery thereof through an external withdrawing pattern. CONSTITUTION:An inspection terminal (a) of a conductor circuit pattern is formed on a jig substrate for inspection and is connected to a pad (c) on the periphery thereof with an external withdrawing pattern (b) while the pad (c) is connected to a contact probe. When the jig substrate for inspection is pressed on a printed circuit board through a pressure-sensitive anisotropic conductive rubber sheet-like matter 2, the testing for the disconnection and short-circuiting of the printed circuit board can be done handily and quickly using no connector or the like and without damaging it.
