Dial signal/pb signal conversion system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To receive services of a pushbutton telephone also by a dial system telephone by detecting pulses to be dialed by a caller and by sending out push- phone signals in correspondence with these pulses into voice mail, etc. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber 21 makes a call from a dial system telephone and dials telephone numbers assigned to a VMS27. PBX, after detecting the call, speeds up a scan period of an LC22 from 96ms to 8ms in preparation for the dial pulse detection. The PBX, when detecting dial pulses, connects the caller and PBOS25 respectively to the VMS27 according to the telephone numbers.
