Crossing and coupling method of vertical material and horizontal material of lattice or the like

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To cross and couple firmly a horizontal material and a vertical material without using a screw, etc. by providing a notched part which the vertical material enters, on the horizontal member, and also rushing a projecting part provided on the notched part of the horizontal material, into a slit of the vertical material, when crossing and coupling the horizontal material and the vertical material. CONSTITUTION:When crossing and coupling a lot of horizontal materials 1 and vertical materials 3, a notched part 5 which the whole or a part of the vertical material enters is provided on the horizontal material 1. A projecting piece 6 is formed on the notch part 5, and also a slit 7 which the projecting piece 6 enters is formed on the side face of the vertical material 3. The projecting piece 6 of the notched part 5 is bent upward or downward in advance, and a part of the vertical material 3 is passed through in the notched part 5. In this case, the projecting piece 6 is slightly bent in the horizontal direction and projected shallowly into the slit 7, and thereafter, the vertical material 3 is moved upward or downward so that the projecting piece 6 becomes a horizontal position in the vertical material 3, and the horizontal material 1 and the vertical material 3 are crossed and coupled firmly.
