Measuring device for amount of storage

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To ameasure the amount of storage accurately regardless of the shape of a storage tank by inputting pieces of information to two converting circuits from two sensors which are arranged at a specific interval in the depth direction of the storage tank, and sending one of their outputs selectively. CONSTITUTION:The 1st pressure sensor 11 is installed at the bottom part of the storage tank 1 and the 2nd pressure 12 is fitted above it. Outputs of the 1st and the 2nd pressure sensors 11 and 12 are inputted to the 1st and the 2nd pressure information-weight converting circuits 15 and 16 through amplifiers 13 and 14 respectively and one of their outputs is selected by a switching means 17 and displayed at a weight display part 6. The relation between pressure information and weight in the section L1 from the fitting position of the 1st pressure sensor 11 to the fitting position of the 2nd pressure sensor 12 is written in the 1st pressure information-weight converting circuit 15 and the relation between pressure information and weight in the section L2 at the upward side of the fitting position of the 2nd pressure sensor 12 is written in the 2nd pressure information- weight converting circuit 16.
