Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To suppress generation of vibration even if idling revolution speed is set low, by installing a pressure adjusting and switching valve in an oil passage through which an operation pressure is supplied into the frictional elements which are connected in case of the first advance speed and in case of retreat. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-adjusting and switching valve 26 is installed into an oil passage 44 connected to a rear clutch R/C. Therefore, even if a manual valve 6 is set at advance position in case of idling during the stop of a car, the rear clutch R/C is not engaged, and an automatic speed change gear is set at neutral position. Therefore, the load of a torque converter does not act onto an engine, and generation of vibration, etc. is suppressed even if the idle revolution speed of the engine is set low.
